Approval Guarantee We guarantee approval if: All state deadlines are met. All information is accurate and free of fraud. Approval timelines are determined by your state agency and typically range from 3 to 6 months. Client Responsibility You must provide all required documentation and accurate information. Missing or incorrect details, or failure to meet deadlines, may lead to delays or denial, which are beyond our control. All Sales Are Final Payments are non-refundable. Once services are purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Terms of Service Non-Refundable Services Payments for our services are final, covering consultation, application preparation, and submission. Compliance Requirements Approval is contingent upon meeting all state and federal requirements. We are not liable for denials due to noncompliance or inaccurate information. Communication and Updates We will provide updates and ensure timely submission, but processing times are controlled by the state agency and cannot be expedited. Fraud or Misleading Information Providing fraudulent or inaccurate information will void our guarantee, terminate services, and may result in penalties by the state agency. Service Completion Our role is complete once the application is submitted and confirmed by the state agency. Approval depends on agency review. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for delays, denials, or additional requests from the state agency due to their internal processes.
